Yaakov - Yisrael.  Synonymous for the entire Jewish people.

my path - i.e. my condition; according to others, my deeds in the service of G-d.

is hidden - overlooked, unnoticed.

my judgment - my rightful claim for consideration by G-d.

passed on - ignored as though it did not exist.
