Devarim 6:4 Hear O Yisrael, Hashem is our G-d, Hashem is One

Devarim 6:5-7 "Love Hashem your G-d with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. These words which I am commanding you today must remain on your heart. Teach them to your children and speak of them when you are at home, when traveling on the road, when you lie down and when you get up."

Tefillin

Devarim 6:8 Bind [these words] as a sign on your hand, and let them be an emblem in the center of your head.

Mezuzah

Devarim 6:9 [Also] write them on [parchments affixed to] the doorposts of your houses and gates.

Tzitzit and Tallit

BaMidbar 15:37:41 Hashem spoke to Moshe, telling him to speak to the Yisraelim and have them make tzitzit on the corners of their garments for all generations. They should include a twist of sky-blue wool in the corner tzitzit. These shall be your tzitzit, and when you see them, you shall remember all of G-d's commandments so as to keep them. You will then not stray after your heart and eyes, which [in the past] have led you to immorality. You will thus remember and keep all my commandments, and be holy to your G-d. I am Hashem your G-d, who brought you out of Egypt to be your G-d. I am Hashem your G-d."

Menorah

Shemot 25:31-40 Make a menorah out of pure gold. The menorah should be formed by hammering it. Its base, stem and cups, spheres and flowers must be hammered out of a [single piece of gold]. Six branches shall extend from its sides, three branches on one side of the menorah, and three branches on the other side...
