And his concubine, whose name was Re'umah, also bore children:  Tevach, Gacham, Tachash, and Ma'achah.

And it came to pass, while Yisrael dwelt in that land, that Re'uven went and lay with Bilhah, his father's concubine, and Yisrael heard.

And Timna was a concubine of Elifaz, son of Esav, and she bore Amalek to Elifaz; these are the children of Adah, Esav's wife.

His concubine, who was in Shechem, also bore him a son and he called his name Avimelech.

And it was that in those days there was no king in Yisrael.  It happened that there was a Levi man who dwelled in the foothills of Mount Efrayim.  He married a concubine wife from Beit-lechem of Yehudah. 2 His concubine deserted him and left him for her father's house in Beit-lechem of Yehudah, and she remained there for a period of four months.  3 Then her husband rose up and went after her, to cajole her, to bring her back.  His attendant was with him, as well as a pair of donkeys.  She brought him into her father's house; the father of the girl saw him and greeted him gladly.  4 His father-in-law, the father of the girl, detained him, and he stayed with him for three days.  They ate and drank and lodged there.  5 I happened on the fourth day that they arose early in the morning and he rose up to leave, but the father of the girl said to his son-in-law, "Sustain yourself with some bread and go afterwards." 

Now Shaul had had a concubine, her name was Ritzpah daughter of Ayah.

David was told what Ritzpah daughter of Ayah, Shaul's concubine, had done;

The sons of Keturah, Avraham's concubine:  She bore Zimran, Yokshan, Medan, Midyan, Yishbak and Shuach.  The sons of Yokshan:  Sheva and Dedan.  33 The sons of Midyan:  Efah, Efer, Chanoch, Avida and Elda'ah.  All these were the descendants of Keturah.

Efah, Kalev's concubine, bore Charan, Motza and Gazez.  47 The sons of Yahdai; Regem, Yotam, Geshan, Pelet, Efah and Sha'af.

The descendants of Manashshe:  Asri'el, whom [Gilead's wife] bore.  His Aramean concubine bore Machir, the father of Gil'ad. 

But to the concubine-children who were Avraham's, Avraham gave gifts; then he sent them away from Yitzchak his son, while he was still alive, eastward to the land of the east.

David took additional concubines and wives from Yerushalayim after his coming from Chevron, and more sons and daughters were born to David.

The king left, and all his household [went] with him, but the king left ten concubine wives [women] to keep the house. 17 The king left, and all the people [went] with him.  They stopped at a faraway house.  18 All his servants passed near him, along with all the archers and slingers; and the Gittis - six hundred men who had come with him from Gat - passed before the king.

Achitofel advised Avshalom, "Consort with your father's concubines, whom he left to keep the house.  All of Yisra'el will hear that you have totally repudiated your father, and all who are with you will strengthen their resolve.  22 So they pitched a tent on the roof for Avshalom, and Avshalom consorted with this father's concubines in front of all of Yisra'el.

Yo'av then came to the king, into the chamber, and said, "Today you have humiliated the faces of all your servants who saved your soul and the soul of your sons and daughters and the soul of your wives and the soul of your concubines,

David arrived at his house in Yerushalayim.  The king took the ten concubine wives whom he had left behind to keep the house, and put them up in a guarded house and sustained them, but he no longer lived with them; they were bound up in living widowhood until the day they died.

He had seven hundred wives who were noblewomen and three hundred concubines, and his wives swayed his heart.

These were all the sons of David, besides the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

Rechav'am loved Ma'achah daughter of Avshalom more than his [other] wives and concubines (for he had married eighteen wives and sixty concubines, and he begot twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters),

In the evening she would come, and in the morning she would return to the second harem in the charge of Sha'ashgaz, the king's chamberlain, guardian of the concubines.  She would never again come to the king unless the king desired her, and she was summoned by name.

The queenly offspring of Avraham are sixty, compared to whome the eighty Noachides and all their countless nations are like mere concubines.  9 Unique is she, My constant dove, My perfect one.  Unique is she, this nation striving for the truth; pure is she to Ya'akov who begot her.  Nations saw her and they extolled her; queens and concubines, and they praised her:  10 "Who is this that gazes down from atop the Temple Mount, brightening like the dawn, beautiful as the moon, brilliant as the sun, awesome as the bannered hosts of kings?"

While under the influence of wine, Belshatztzar gave an order to bring the golden and silver vessels that Nevuchadnetzar, his [grand]father, had removed from the Sanctuary that was in Yerushalayim, for the king and his nobles, his consorts an dhis concubines to drink from them.  3 So they brought the golden vessels that they had removed from the Sanctuary of th eTemple of Elokim in Yerushalayim, and the king, his nobles, his consorts and his concubines drank from them.

You exalted yourself against the Master of Heaven, and the vessels of His House were brought before you, and you, your nobles, your consorts and your concubines drank wine from them, and you praised the g-ds of silver and gold, copper, iron, wood and stone, which do not see nor hear nor know; but the Elokim in Whose hand is your soul, and to Whom all your ways belong, you did not glorify.
