Carbuncle, a sky blue stone.  More valuable than a pearl and if worn by a soldier in wartime, it would cause the enemy to retreat.  Designated for the Tribe of Yehudah, the Tribe of Jewish monarchs who would lead the people to war (Bereishit 49:8).
