Easy Return for Merchandise Exchange

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. We realize that from time to time, you may need to exchange an item for a different size. Or perhaps the item you selected just didn't look right on you and you would prefer to return it. No problem! If you need a return for exchange, simply contact us within 3 days after receipt of purchase and we will promptly effect an exchange.

 

**Return of merchandise is not accepted on sale items or special orders.

Returning Merchandise Instructions

 

• ♦The shipping cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer.
• ♦A copy of the original order invoice should be included with the return shipment or a note describing the reason for the return and the item # of the item being exchanged for. If there is a difference in price, this difference needs to be included with the return or contact us to remit the difference through online payment.
• ♦Items must be returned in brand new (unwashed) condition.
• ♦Items must be posted as shipped within 7 days of the request for exchange.
• ♦Please be sure to package your return properly. We will not be responsible for damaged products in transit.
• ♦Returns for refunds are not permitted except in special circumstances.
